Pridelines' mission is to support, educate, and empower South Florida's lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and questioning (LGBTQIA+) youth and community, in safe and diverse spaces, to promote dialogue, wellness, and to foster social change.
Pridelines was founded in 1982, and is Miami's only Pride Center.
We facilitate development & enrichment programs for LGBTQIA+ youth, various open discussion & support groups for youth and community, free & confidential HIV and STI rapid screening, follow-up HIV / STI Prevention counseling, referral and linkage to treatment and care, in-house linkage to prescription HIV medicines.
In addition, Pridelines provides comprehensive case management for people living with HIV, those navigating mental health challenges, facing life hardships, dealing with substance misuse, experiencing homelessness, or are otherwise living their day-to-day at the margins.
Pridelines is also Miami's only LGBTQIA+ youth-specific Drop-In & Wrap-Around Services Center for queer young people, ages 13-25, experiencing insecure housing or navigating homelessness.
Lori Bell, known as "The Good Witch," is our resident doctor of Chinese medicine and astrologer. She is a Florida State-Licensed Acupuncture Physician and Diplomat NCCAOM with over 25 years of experience in Oriental Medicine. She specializes in Non-Somatic Extraordinary Vessels (NSEV) acupuncture for emotional and spiritual healing. Lori graduated from the Community School of Traditional Chinese Healthcare.
She is a certified master astrologer from the Forest Astrology School. She holds the Practitioner's Level Horary Certificate and Practitioner's Level 1 Medical Astrology from the School of Traditional Astrology (STA).
Lori practices her unique combination of Chinese medicine, five-element theory, and astrology. She is sought after for her transformative, whole health approach with Chinese Medicine, NSEV healing (a type of acupuncture related to emotional and spiritual healing), astrology readings, and 12 shots.
Corporate clients call on Lori to lead signature workshops and seminars on five-element typology, astrology, group acupuncture, and meditation.
She writes the must-read monthly horoscope column for the Standard Hotels and collaborated with them to create The Planet Standard Astrology Card Deck.
As a dedicated, accomplished integrative healer and Buddhist practitioner, Lori uniquely combines astrology and spirituality, setting her apart from most astrologers. She has led workshops worldwide, sharing her expertise and insights.
